CIRCOR Aerospace Selects Dave Elston for Business Development Director, Aftermarket & MRO

CORONA, CA -- CIRCOR Aerospace is pleased to announce the addition of Dave Elston to the business development team as Aftermarket and MRO Business Development Director.

Dave’s role will focus on the growth of the CIRCOR Aerospace landing gear MRO market segment, after the recent acquisition of its Sylmar, CA landing gear business. This MRO business has helped diversify CIRCOR’s commercial and aftermarket segments by providing landing gear components and repair solutions for commercial aircraft, including the Boeing MD80, 717, 737, 747,757,767, and 777 platforms. Defense customers requiring landing gear component aftermarket solutions for the F-18, F-16, F-5, and C-17 platforms are also key customers for these aftermarket services. Dave will help lead the processes to support CIRCOR’s expanding customer base focusing on customer relationship building and support, communication and responsiveness.

Dave has held numerous business development leadership positions in the commercial air transport and helicopter sectors during his tenure with Honeywell. He brings a strong track record of high win rates and a genuine concern for long-term customer satisfaction to his new role with CIRCOR. Dave brings 25 years of sales and management experience to CIRCOR. He holds BS and MBA degrees in business, is six-sigma green belt certified, and is also a Certified Professional Contract Manager.
