CIRCOR Aerospace Secures Contract for Emergency Landing Gear Module on U.S. Army MV-75 Future Long Range Assault Aircraft
CIRCOR International, Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of differentiated flow control products and sub-systems for the aerospace and defense industries, has been awarded a contract by Safran Landing Systems, world leader in landing and braking systems. The contract is for the development and production of the Emergency Extension Pneumatic Module (EEPM), supporting the U.S. Army’s MV-75 Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program.
Manufacturing will be carried out at CIRCOR’s Hauppauge, New York facility, further strengthening CIRCOR’s commitment to innovation and national defense. The EEPM system, derived from CIRCOR’s proven in-service components, ensures landing gear deployment in the event of a primary system failure, enhancing the aircraft’s operational safety and survivability in mission-critical scenarios.
