Ted Damaskinos

Vice President & General Manager, Hauppauge, NY Facility

Mr. Damaskinos is responsible for all aspects of the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Hauppauge facility including strategic planning, sales, business development, operations, engineering and program management. Leading and working closely with the Hauppauge team, Mr. Damaskinos will drive the continuous growth of our A&D Hauppauge business. As a member of the A&D Group leadership team, Ted will also influence and contribute to the development of our global A&D strategy and synergies between our A&D businesses.

Ted brings more than 20 years of Aerospace and Defense experience, including senior leadership roles at Frontgrade Technologies, L3Harris Technologies, and Northrop Grumman. He has a strong track record of growing complex businesses, improving operational performance, and fostering accountability, customer alignment, and team engagement.

Mark Poulalion

Vice President Aerospace & Defense, P&L Leader Corona, CA Facility

Mr. Poulalion is responsible for all aspects of the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Corona P&L including strategic planning, sales, business development, operations, engineering and program management. Leading and working closely with the Corona team, Mr. Poulalion will drive the continuous growth of our A&D Corona business. As a member of the A&D Group leadership team, Mark will also influence and contribute to the development of our global A&D strategy and synergies between our A&D businesses. Mark brings over 25 years of experience in general management and program management roles in the Aerospace industry and other engineering and manufacturing environments. Earlier in his career, Mark spent over 13 years in roles of increasing responsibilities at Rockwell Collins before overseeing the management of business units for BE Aerospace and Dynacast International. Most recently, Mark was leading programs at L3 Harris Technologies. Mark holds a BBA from California State University, Long Beach.

Frédéric Gréhal

General Manager, CIRCOR France

Frédéric comes to CIRCOR from Aubert et Duval, where he was the Vice President and Head of the Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Defense and Specialties business unit. During his 9 year tenure, he also held the role of Sales and Marketing Vice President, leading several transformation projects on organization and processes to boost sales on Aubert et Duval’s main markets, especially Aerospace and Energy. Prior to that, Frédéric held leadership positions, such as supply chain management and continuous improvement, at Arcelor Stainless Europe and Technicatome in the steel and energy markets respectively. Frédéric holds a degree in general engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Lille. Frédéric is responsible for the execution of the CIRCOR France businesses and strategic initiatives, including productivity and customer service.
